1. Login to your account
2. Click on your Profile Icon in the top right corner
   
3. Click on Settings and scroll  down
   
4. In the bottom Click on Delete account
5. Enter your Password and Choose a reason to delete your account
6. Now Click on Permanently Delete

Your account will be deleted and logged out automatically.

1. Open the Dropbox app and log in to your account
2. Tap, 👤Account Button in the bottom right corner
